Why did you decide to start your own business? I wanted to not just understand how to make amazing coffee, but what made it. Roasting leads me down the path of understanding the journey from farm to cup.

How many hours of roasting and studying does it take to become a roasting expert? I am 6 years deep and still learning. You never stop – that’s why it’s fun!
