London Coffee Festival Recap

Deel deze post:

This year we attended the London Coffee Festival for the very first time and we loved it! Coffee enthusiasts, roasters and baristas from the industry gathered at the Old Truman Brewery in London East. For four days of coffee filled action. We were there to meet and catch up with you all, show you our coffee roasters up close and tell you all about how our roasters help you turn green beans into the beverage we love. Here are our highlights.

Day 1 & 2 Industry of the London Coffee Festival

On Thursday and Friday the London Coffee Festival was accessible for the industry. We had the chance to meet a lot of enthusiastic coffee roasters and coffee professionals. We were able to take the time to tell you more about our company, what drives us and we picked your brain about what you need from us to create your perfect roast. Great feedback was given to us about the quality and usability of our roasters. Our colleague Miguel was lost for words (if you know Miguel, you know that doesn’t happen very often 😉) We are very passionate about creating high quality coffee roasters, so this compliment means a lot to us.

Day 3 & 4 of the London Coffee Festival

On Saturday and Sunday the doors opened for consumers as well. It was great to see such a driven coffee community and so many coffee lovers gathered. We talked all day about our koffiebranders, how the Dutch craftsmanship combined with the industrial and robust design is the perfect combination for your roastery. But of course there was a lot of catching up to do with many of the roasters and baristas from the industry. We met with a few of our clients, who of course all were super busy! Hot numbers Coffee Roasters, Stock Room Coffee, Girls who Grind Coffee, Rins Coffee and Round Hill Roastery, it was a pleasure meeting you (again)!

After making a delivery to Good Life Coffee and a visit to Exmouth Coffee and Trade Coffee, it was time for our team to return home. Thanks to Exmouth Coffee and Trade Coffee for your hospitality.  Good Life Coffee, we hope you enjoy your new Giesen roaster :)!
