Adjust the drum W1E

The adjust of this roaster needs to be done from the back of the machine.

Sometimes you might need to adjust the drum of your roaster
If that is needed, please follow below instructions.

Start with loosen the imbus bolts on the bearing. (pic 1.)

Then turn the bearing a couple strokes to the right (pic 2.)

Heat up your roaster for 30 minutes on 250 ◦C (pic 3.)

This will make the metal parts of the Drum and front plate expand

After 30 minutes of heating up you can start rotating the bearing to the left smoothly until you hear the Drum scraping the front plate of the machine use the tool that is delivered with the roaster for this action (Bearing will be very hot to touch with bare hands) (pic. 4 & 5)

NOTE: On a W1 turning the bearing holder to the right makes the drum move to the frontplate and turning it to the left will move it away from the frontplate.

When you hear the scraping sound of the Drum hitting the front plate you need to turn back the bearing (to the right) for 180◦ (pic 6.)

After this is done you have to tighten the Imbus bolts , but make sure the scraping noise is gone when you do this, if this is not the case you need to turn the bearing a little more to the right.

If you have followed the steps above the Drum has been Fine tuned and ready to use.
