When the emergency stop is not functioning anymore, and you are unable to start the machine because of that you might want to try this temporary fix.
Please note: this is a temporary fix, you should really order a replacement part with us
Open the control unit, and locate relais 9K1
Locate position 13, 14, 23 and 24
Make a loop connection/bypass between 13 and 14
Make a loop connection/bypass between 23 and 24
You can choose to get an extra wire that connects the both together, or take the wiring out of the relais, and connect them together. We'd prefer looping it with an extra wire.
This completely bypasses the whole emergency stop system.
Of course this is not an ideal situation, and you should really call us to get this repaired, but it does let you start the roaster and continue roasting.
This fix is only possible when you have a Mueller PLC
