Fan speed to high alarm means that the fan is turning higher than normal.
First thing to check is make sure that all the doors are properly closed.
Also if the internal pipes of fan are dirty and could be causing the fan speed to be high.
If the roaster has about 300-400 hours of roasting, cleaning is recommended for maintenance.
