Before doing any work on your roaster, make sure the gas line is closed and the machine is disconnected from electricity.
1.- Disconnect the cables connected to the ignition pins. Pulling the pins from the connectors may require some subtle force.
2.- Lift the cooling sive from the machine.
3.- Use an Allen key to loosen the burner retainer.
4.- Use a wrench to loosen the gas connection line.
5.- You can now lift the burner out.
6.-Now proceed to cleaning. For this, you will need an air compressor. Place the compressor in the hole of the gas line connection (marked with the yellow arrow) and blow it out, then blow out the entire burner.
7.- Once the cleaning process is complete, proceed with the steps outlined above to properly reassemble the burner.
