When the scale is loaded, this message means that the scale is experiencing an overload.
For example, placing 15 kg on a scale that can weigh up to 10 kg.
When this message occurs when the scale is started up, it means that the scale is loaded during start-up.
Perhaps the scale started up while there was something on the platform or is something next to or leaning against the weighing platform??
If this were the case, the scale would not be able to find its zero point at start-up.
Has the scale already been switched off (really unplugged), waited a while, scale cleaned properly and checked for tarnish before switching it on again?
