Replacing the drum motor in a Moeller

After replacing the drum motor, an exchange must be performed on the thermal blocks inside the control panel.

The blocks 6TH2() and 7TH7 need to be exchanged.
This is only for the moeller systems, the newer systems don't use this.

To remove the blocks, first unscrew the screws marked with the green oval and then unscrew the screws marked with the red oval. After that, you can exchange 6TH2(Located on the lower left side of the unit.) and 7TH7(Located on the lower right side of the unit.). Finally, you can tighten the screws.

The reason for making the change is because 7TH7 can handle much more amperage, which will prevent the thermal drum error, that is why you have to change it.

This is only when you have a newer motor that is asking for more power.
