The stirrer get stuck W6

When the stirrer starts getting stuck, it could be due to excessive dirt buildup underneath the cooling tray, which may cause the stirrer to halt. Another possible reason is that the resistance settings need adjustment.

Please follow the instructions:

1.- With the help of tweezers remove the pin that sits in the hole of the crown.

2.- Take the little key from the tool set, and turn the nut clockwise

3.- Once the nut is tight lock it by bending a pin in the nut.

If cleaning and adjusting the resistance does not resolve the issue, it may be beneficial to check the gear rotation. If the gears become stuck at certain points, this could suggest that they need to be adjusted or replaced.

If the above suggestions do not help, please send us a video showing the problem, so that we can help you find out where the problem is coming from.
