The stirrer get stuck W6Pro

The stirrer get stuck. The stirrer is weak W6Pro

When the stirrer starts getting stuck, it could be due to excessive dirt buildup underneath the cooling tray or wornt out grears, which may cause the stirrer to halt. Another possible reason is that the resistance settings need adjustment.

Remove the cooling tray, clean he area underneathe the cooling tray and inspect the gears

To address this issue, please adhere to these instructions:
Please follow the instructions below or download a file W6-W15 - Adjusting the stirrer resistance

Adjusting the Cooling Tray Mixer Resistance W6-W15 series

If the mixer in the cooling tray stops when handling a large batch of beans, the motor resistance may need adjustment.

Instructions

    • Locate the Motor
Find the motor at the back of the machine that drives the cooling tray axle.
You will see a crown nut that can be adjusted.

  1. Unlock the Crown Nut
The nut is secured with a locking ring.
To unlock it: straighten one of the bent pins on the locking ring.
  2. Adjust the Resistance
  3. Lock the Nut
    • Use the small key from the toolset.
    • Turn the crown nut clockwise to increase resistance.
    • Once the adjustment is complete and the nut is properly tightened:
    • Secure it by bending one of the pins in the locking ring back into place.

Result

After completing these steps, the cooling tray mixer should operate smoothly, even with a full batch of beans.

If cleaning and adjusting the resistance does not solve the issue, I suggest inspecting the gear rotation. If the gears become stuck at specific turns, it may indicate that they require adjustment or replacement.
