To remove the alarm, press and hold the triangular icon displayed on the screen for about 5 seconds. After completing this action, the alarm should be goned
Only for UL machines, you can press the triangle 20 seconds after the icon appears.
Or press the reset button in the burner controller (This option is not available for UL machines)
If the alarm continues to appear, please review the following:
Please check if there is an ignition on the ignition pin. If so, could you kindly confirm if there is a flame?
If a flame is present, it indicates an ionization issue. In this case, remove the burner bed and verify that the ignition pins are approximately 5mm away from the burner bed.
Once the burner was disassembled, I took the opportunity to clean it with an air compressor. Don't forget to also clean the ignition pin's with sandpaper.
Make a picture and send it to us for review.

Another essential step is to manually check and adjust each ignition pin to ensure they are securely fixed in place. If you notice any of the ignition pins in motion, you have identified the source of the alarm. Therefore, I recommend that you purchase a set of ignition pins, you can order it in the following link:

If there is a ignition but no flame the make sure that the wires who are connected to the burner bed and to the burner controller(red box) are well connected.
Make sure that the gas is turned on or that there is enough gas.
If the issue is not related to the gas, it might be attributed to faulty wiring or a defective burner controller, you can order it in the following link’s:
