Burner failure WPG

To remove the alarm, press and hold the triangular icon displayed on the screen for about 5 seconds. After completing this action, the alarm should be goned

Only for UL machines, you can press the triangle 20 seconds after the icon appears.

Or press the reset button in the burner controller (This option is not available for US. machines)

If the alarm continues to appear, please answer the following:

Could you kindly confirm if there is a flame? Make a picture and send it to us for review.

Make sure that the gas is turned on or that there is enough gas.

Review the pre-pressure on the gas valve of the roaster.

Do you have a propane regulator? Please check that is not broken of faulty.
