Clean the W30 burner bed

When the color of the flame is not correct, it might be that the burner is getting dirty over time.

1. Remove the 2 imbus bolts for the burner in the back of the machine.

2. Loose this nut completely, this is under the Honeywell burner controller.

3. Remove the screw from the Honeywell device and take of the cap. Now you can slide (to the left) the Honeywell burner controller from the gas valve.

4. Remove the ignition pens under the burner, you can access these from the side of the machine by opening the door. To remove the plate, you have to loose the 2 nuts in the red circled area in the picture below.

5. Now you can take the burner out of the machine, be careful and make sure that you don’t damage the burner bed.

6. Clean the burner bed with compressed air.

7. You can also clean the air filter. Loose the screw so you can pull it off.
