You can set the parameter on the arrows on your screen:

·  Press 'DSP/FUN'

·  Go with the arrow to 'F11'

·  Press READ/ENTER

·  Change the setting with the arrow to '0'

·  Press READ/ENTER

Press 'DSP/FUN'

Now you can change the frequency with the arrows. When you want to change the speed of changing, you must press 'FWD/REV', then the field of changing will move.
