Emergency stop alarm W15A

If you have already pressed the reset button on the side of the control panel and the alarm does not disappear, then the presence of this error may indicate that a component may be faulty, here are the steps to find out:

1.- Give to the emergency button a tap and see if the alarm disappears, if the alarm disappears this means that the button is no longer making good contact with the connector, so it will be necessary to replace the emergency button.

2.- Check if there are any loose wires in the emergency stop connection, if there are any loose wires reconnect them. To access these, you need to remove the four screws located on the aluminum plate where the emergency stop is placed.

3.- Check the voltage on the emergency button contacts marked with the code 300S2, this are situated beneath the aluminum plate where the emergency button is placed. We recommend referring to the wiring diagram specific to your machine model to identify the voltage associated with each code. For this you will need a voltage meter.

If the contacts are defective, they will need to be replaced.
