Emergency stop Alarm W1A
The presence of this error may indicate that a component may be faulty, here are the steps to find out:
1.- Check if there are any loose wires in the emergency stop connection, if there are any loose wires reconnect them.
2.- Press the blue reset button at the top of the component 300K1 for a few seconds and see if the alarm is gone.
3.- After step 2, if the alarm still appears it will be necessary to briefly remove the 275F4 fuse. To do this, hold it firmly by the black top and pull it out to see if you can reset the alarm, if the alarm disappears after removing the fuse it could be that the fuse is broken and needs to be replaced. (The fuse should be 5Amp).
If you still cannot reset the alarm, you can place back the fuse to continue the check.
4.- Check if the block inside the 300K5 and 300K6 moves when the reset button is pressed. (Let us know)
5.- Find the code X9 in the left side of the control panel, it is placed in a very confinated space.
Remove very carefully the blue/whit-blue cables, to do this, press fimly on the orange buttons whit a screw driver and pull the wires out. Now you can re start the machine to see if the emergency alarm is gone
Please note that other alarms may appear but this is normal due to the disconnection of the cables.
If the emergency alarm is gone after the disconection of the cables then the regulator 101U1 need to be replace it.
Now put back the wires on the same place.
