HMI touch screen frozen W45/W60

Sometimes the display needs to be reset to return to normal operation.

If the touch screen has frozen and you cannot operate any buttons, please review the information below;

When the drum contains coffes beans, it's important to empty them into the cooling tray. Afterward, promptly toggle the switch off and on to reset the touch screen.

Do not turn off the machine while the beans are in the drum as there is a risk of fire.

If the beans are in the cooling tray, wait for them to cool before turning off the machine.

If you have coffee beans in the drum and in the cooling tray, allow the beans to cool in the tray for as long as possible before transferring the coffee beans from the drum to the cooling tray.

If your batch is nearing completion, it's advisable to wait until it's ready before transferring it into the cooling tray.

I suggest turning the machine off and on at the same time you open the door to empty the beans into the cooling tray. Once the machine is restarted, you can start the cooling process.
