Leakage of smoke through the cooling tray or exhaust pipes W15A
This can occur when there is excessive resistance in the machine through the chimney, resulting in smoke leaks.
Please provide us with the following information:
How long is the chimney till the outside and how many bends does it have?
Do you have a bend or a cap on the outside of the exhaust pipe?
When was the last time you cleaned the entire exhaust pipe?
How many roasting hours has the roaster accumulated since the last maintenance cleaning?
Does your roaster have a filter?

If the chimney is overly long and has numerous bends, there's a risk of smoke leaking through the cooling tray because the smoke naturally looks for the fastest way out.
Typically, these occurrences are the result of a blockage in the system or another connected machinery associated with the chimney.
Have you completed the maintenance cleaning? If not, please attempt it and inform me whether the smoke has cleared after following all the steps in the attached guide.
