Noise from the cell wheel W30, W45, W60 and W140

The cellar wheel motor (underneath the cyclone) is creating this sound because the blades on the rotor wheel inside are extended by temperature. 

We offer 2 options:

• Wait until the rotor blades wear out naturally and the sound stops by itself.

• Access the plates loose the bolts and adjust the distance between the plates and body
• Install the shims rings You may need 2-3 pieces of each size of smal rings to fit the rotor:
  Rotor valve shims ring 260 mm
  Rotor valve shims ring 26x38x0.1 mm
  Rotor valve shims ring 26x38x0.3

• Remove the rotor blade from the cellar wheel and make a small adjustment by grinding the plates slightly.
