Under pressure low W1E
The under pressure low alarm means that it had problems building up the pressure, normally the motors should regulate after a couple seconds.
When the roaster is turned on, the motors run at the previus settings, so you should give them time to adjust. Do not press the emergency stop, let the motors regulate themselves. Then the noise will diminish little by little…
Another reason why this alarm could appear is that there is an air leak somewhere, be sure that the side doors and the covers under the cooling tray are properly closed.
Check if the motor fan rotates or is stuck. If it is jammed, it means that there is dirt preventing the fan from rotating, so you need to open and make it clean. Also make sure that the fan is not deformed. (If it is deformed you can order a new one with your local dealer or via shop@giesen.store)
You can try to remove the power from the machine for 5 minutes to give it a full reset. (only in case the motor can rotate). If the motor is stuck this will not help.
Follow the instructions to review how are the motors working;
Disconnect the chimney from the machine, turn on the burner and press F4 only once, then make a video on the screen and share it to us. (show us in the video that the chimney is disconnected before to turn on the burner.)
If the roaster work without problem when the chimney is disconnected is sure that the problem is not on the roaster.
Aditional questions;
How long is the chimney till the outside and how many bends has?
On the outside of the exhaust pipe you have a bend or a cap?
When was the last time you cleaned the whole exhaust pipe?
How many roasting hours has the roaster since the las maintenance cleaning?
