The Evolution of DINZLER

DINZLER’s story began in the 1950s as a humble grocery store. In the 1970s, Klaus Dinzler transformed it into a coffee roastery, setting the stage for future growth. By the late 1990s, the Richter family took over, expanding the business to new heights. This expansion included a move to Rosenheim and the addition of a restaurant, creating a holistic coffee experience that attracted visitors with the irresistible aroma of freshly roasted beans.

In 2004, DINZLER doubled its capacity, paving the way for significant growth. The relocation to Irschenberg in 2011 marked a pivotal moment, as DINZLER established its first purpose-built facility. This new home allowed them to plan and build a state-of-the-art roastery and catering business, setting the stage for their continued success.

Giesen’s partnership with DINZLER began when they were looking for the perfect roasting equipment to match their high standards. Initially experimenting with various options, it was the Giesen W140A roaster that met their needs, offering advanced features and consistent quality. The adoption of two Giesen W140A roasters has since elevated DINZLER’s coffee to new heights, ensuring every batch is crafted to perfection.

Despite their growth, DINZLER remains dedicated to traditional long-term roasting methods. Each bag of green coffee is hand-opened, and the beans are roasted using a meticulous process that enhances their natural flavors. This commitment to tradition, combined with the precision of Giesen’s technology, results in consistently high-quality coffee that DINZLER is renowned for.
