The atmospheric gas burner ensures consistent, adjustable heat by mixing gas with air for an efficient flame. It enables precise temperature control, enhancing coffee flavors while maintaining energy efficiency.


Giesen Profiler is advanced roasting software for precise control and automation. It adjusts temperature, drum speed, and airflow, enabling real-time monitoring, consistency, efficiency, and flavor experimentation.

The three cooling sieves allow you to compare your coffee samples right next to each other. Cooling can be turned on and off for the trays on the sides using the control levers on the front.

Giesen roaster temperature control ensures precise heat management, real-time monitoring, and consistency. It prevents over- or under-roasting, allowing full control to develop optimal flavor profiles.

Drum speed control in a Giesen roaster adjusts rotation for optimal heat transfer and bean movement. Fine-tuning ensures even roasting, airflow control, and flavor precision, enhancing consistency and quality.

The internal cyclone collects chaff below the cooling screen, eliminating the need for an external cyclone. This saves costs and space. It can be emptied between roasts using Cleaning Mode.

For stand-alone use, all functions can be controlled via the HMI touchscreen, allowing easy adjustment of temperature, burner, airflow, and drum speed for seamless operation.
