Destoners

Even with careful roasting and sorting, small debris — tiny stones, metal fragments, shards of processing equipment — can end up mixed in with the coffee. These contaminants may not only damage grinders, brewers and other downstream equipment, but also pose safety risks to baristas or customers. By running the beans through a destoner, you catch and remove these unwanted items before they ever reach your brew line. In this way it protects your machinery, ensures product purity, and preserves the reputation of quality that specialty coffee demands.

Mixer and pellet press

The mixer helps you to achieve a truly uniform blend of different bean lots. The mixer ensures that different bean batches are blended thoroughly so that every blended batch of coffee is homogeneous. Because you can control rotation speed and blend duration, it offers consistency batch after batch. 

The pellet press is used to transform the byproduct of roasting, coffee chaff, into compact, easy-to-handle pellets. This machine is designed to streamline waste management, reduce volume, and keep your facility cleaner and more efficient.
